High-frequency minds: Transform your mind

fantasy-2506830_1920In a high-frequency life, controlling and evolving your mind is the most important factor. You are more likely to think unconsciously than act unconsciously.

So, first thing is to start paying attention to your thoughts. You need to be in constant awareness of what is going on in your mind. Remember thoughts come from many sources – you, your energetic form creations, foreign energetic forms, angelic beings, demonic beings, and etc.

⦁ Whenever you think something negative, stop and pay attention to it. Is it your thought or someone else’s? Where is the thought coming from? If it is yours, analyze it? Why are you thinking it? What problem is causing it? What can you do to fix the problem? Try to spend no more than five minutes trying to figure out where it came from. The less time the better.

⦁ Whenever you feel negative (fearful, sad, angry, greedy, jealous, hateful, chaotic), stop and pay attention to the emotion. Is it yours or someone else’s? Where is it coming from? If it is yours, analyze it? Why are you feeling it? What problem is causing it? What can you do to fix the problem? Try to spend no more than five minutes trying to figure out where it came from. The less time the better.

⦁ Whenever you think or feel something negative, create an opposite thought or emotion. For example, if you feel sad, say to yourself: “I am happy.” Say this for at least double the amount of time you were feeling sad. If half a day or longer went by before you caught your sadness, repeat: “I am happy” for a few minutes. Then repeat a few times each hour until you go to sleep. You can do the same the following day and for the rest of the week if you want to further strengthen the “I am happy” energy form you created the day before.

⦁ If you catch yourself thinking something negative about someone, ask yourself why are you thinking or feeling that way? Are they your thoughts and feelings? If they are not, create an opposite thought and focus on it double the time or for a couple of minutes. For example, if you were thinking how ugly your neighbor is, think instead how beautiful your neighbor is. Repeat in your head: {name of neighbor] is beautiful. Think of all the characteristics that make your neighbor beautiful.

⦁ If you catch yourself thinking something negative about someone, and they are your thoughts, ask yourself why you are thinking or feeling that way? If the thought is warranted, then accept the thought and move on. Don’t focus on it. For example, if someone stole your purse, it is okay to say that person is a thief. It is not malicious to think the truth. However it is not beneficial for your energy to dwell on that person being a thief and stealing from you. Negativity not only creates negativity, it also attracts it. If you continue to think of this person negatively, not only would this person have stolen from you but he will have also left negative energies behind to further torment you.
